You died creating worlds that could never live. Now you've been reborn inside one that refuses to die without you. After his death on Earth, Aric Vale, a game designer obsessed with control, awakens in Daevara-a fractured city that feeds on human emotion. Here, the only power is pain: Spirit Warriors consume fear and sorrow to protect the living from the ghosts that built them. But when Aric's dormant code begins rewriting reality itself, he becomes both architect and anomaly. Guided by his sentient AI Kairos and haunted by the mysterious woman Eira, who may be part of his own creation, Aric learns to harvest emotions, shape simulations, and forge myths that bleed into truth. As the Council of Daevara closes in, terrified of what he's becoming, Aric must decide whether to rebuild this world-or burn it clean. In a realm where belief can kill, fear is currency, and love is a glitch in the system, one creator stands on the edge of godhood-and madness. What happens when the architect of nightmares starts dreaming again?
