The Dragon Accademy : The New World Rik Built

The story is a spin off of the protector of ages books where it mentions Rik sending all the dragons to another world.
In the world the people of his era who could look after the mystical creators; the dragons, where also sent with them. Over the years however the civilization evolved and dragons became more then wildlife, some became pets whilst other became travel, most often used in a sport called Dragonee.
