Set in Victorian Germany, ladies and gentlemen from all over the globe with paranormal children fight to get their child into Lychnus University.
A young man named Thaddeus Callaghan is accepted into the school. He wishes to learn and grow in the controlling of his particular peculiarity, but he finds that Lychnus is not all it seems to be.
