Hostage: The Vampire Diaries

All Damon Salvatore wanted was his love back. So he made a deal with Klaus, one of The Originals that has been after Katherine Pierce to create his hybrids. Since Katherine has hiding, it's been difficult to make these hybrids.
As Klaus did some research on Katherine Pierce it turns out that the bloodline of Katherine did not end with her. Katherine was the doppleganger of a young girl named Elena Gilbert. Klaus promised Damon that he would stop searching for Katherine as long as he got Elena which made a open door for Damon to get back his true love. But there's one problem.
Klaus can't sacrifice Elena until she is of The Age of Sacrifice which is 18 years of age. The doppleganger blood heals Elena when getting hurt, almost like how a vampire can heal.
So, they came up with a plan. Damon is to kidnap the child at a very young age and raise her till the time of the sacrifice has come. Will Damon end up not wanting to sacrifice the child after all these years being together?
