The Alpha is the Youngest?

Meet Skylar, she's a 16 year old girl who has a weird life outside of school, she's the Alpha of the LA pack, but she's the youngest of the pack, the others who go to school with her are her twin brother and two 17 year old boys, she's also the only girl. Everyone else in the pack are adult males, you'd expect one of them to be the Alpha.
