Later on that brought up some problems... meaning once I had grown up I had developed very sensitive ears. Any volume above normal speaking becomes too loud, and if it's loud and sudden enough, sounds can harm my ears- seriously. Fortunately for me, my mom was smart and kept Maleficent on her good side, and that meant growing up with her daughter, Mal. She found out about my weakness quickly, something I had vowed I would hide from everyone on the Isle. But instead of exploiting my weakness like anyone else would, she welcomed me into her friend group, and they became a better family to me than my mother ever could be. I have five siblings, Ethen, the oldest(hate him) Amber second oldest(love her) Hunter, one of us triplets,-I'm the oldest-(have to love him) and Hazel, the other triplet(it's off and on with her). And of course Henry, (everyone loves him, what's not to love? His attitude for one) You see, my world isn't very different from yours. Aside from the superhuman abilities some people have. No one really knows where they come from. Scientists have written it off as an evolutionary skip (yes like from X-men.) Though many people say that they're a "gift from God." I, on the other hand, know where they really come from. Where? You may ask? Well, you'll have to follow my story to find out. Get out the tissues, this one, like all good superhero's story, is a tear dropper. On with the show I guess. I wrote this when I was an angsty 13 y/o. Wrong dose
When twins Skylar and Jake were born, their scientist parents used them as an experiment. Each was injected with a dose of serum that would supposedly make them much stronger, smarter, simply better than other kids. But somebody added a chemical that changed the effects of the serum. As a result each twin got only half of the traits they were originally supposed to get. Skylar got the strength and speed while Jake got the brains. When they realized what had happened, the twins' parents immediately put them up for adoption, so neither one knew of the other. 12 years later Skylar is constantly failing all her classes, and Jake is getting bullied because he is so much weaker than other kids. But then Skylar's adoptive family decides to move across the country to find a new school for their daughter, which happens to be the school Jake goes to. They meet completely by accident. In the meantime, their parents have found a way to fix their mistake from 12 years ago -- they can make one of the twins perfect. But it requires for the other twin to give their life.
