I ran for my life, sprinting down the sidewalk, in the middle of a thunderstorm, running God knows where. I concentrated on trying not to scream, or fall, or get hit by a car. All three were just barely possible. I ran down the street, whimpering, and at one point screamed like a maniac. Not the best day I suppose.

   Soon my dark blond hair was soaked again, and it fell into little ropes. Tears and water fell down my face and blurred my vision. The thunderstorm seemed to get worse. I almost ran into the middle of the street.

   "Ssskye..." a voice hissed. Above me.

I just wanted to finish Junior year and not have to worry about how my dads job could effect me. I never expected to run straight into the schools bad boy. Let's just say he had no idea who he was messing with.

I woke up in a strange room. It seemed to be designed for a proper girl, someone completely different to me. The walls were pastel blue, the bed sheets were baby blue with grey cushions and throws and the carpet was a light shade of grey. The room was decorated with little touches that made it like a little girls room such as fairy lights and small figurines. I didn't know where I was but at least I was well catered for. When I turned around I realised there was a window behind me and behind the window was another girl. I knocked hard on the window and watched her turn around. "Hi can you help me? Why I am here?" In it's attack on the kingdom the dragon flew to the castle and was going to destroy it from pure hatred for the royal family, but then he saw the princess through her open window. The dragon fell for her beauty immediately, so he decided to kidnap her, it would also be the perfect revenge on the royal family. So the dragon took the princess to his place, the princess was of course not happy about that and she did freak out. She didn't wanted to live with a dragon! But then, the dragon reached it's house and he changed into a handsome young man! Even though its forbidden for them to be together, the princess slowly fell for the dragon and the dragon fell for her.. but how will this fairy tale end..? like every other, where the prince comes and slay the dragon and gets the girl, or will it be different this time? I sucked in a breath as I saw the knife in his hand, his face held a mischievous grin as it glinted in the light. Getting that out of the way, let's go onto the story description... *This book contains explicit content* *EXTRACT FROM THE BOOK* I stared at him, cooking and whistling, something that I could not do, or should I say, wasn't bothered to do. I decided to move away and to try and find an exit but I didn't even take one step back when I heard his voice. "Princess? Is that you?" I saw him raise his head before shooting his eyes onto me. The sudden gaze caused to heart to race while it froze my body as if I have turned into ice. I felt the fear engulf my body, eating me inside out. "You aren't scared of me... Are you?" he asked me, I sensed the envy in his voice. That mixed with his harsh tone caused a wave of goosebumps to course through my body. I wanted to begin by asking him where was I? Why was I here? Why was he here... I wanted to ask him, but I couldn't, the fear was just all too much for me. "Come on... Speak to me... Ask me..." he began. "Ask me 'why am I here' and all of that crap... Entertain me with your fear." I saw him slowly gripping a knife that was on the countertop, with his eyes still on mine. The sides of his mouth slowly began tilting upwards. All the bitterness and the cold, it was all so visible in his eyes. I looked at him in horror, noticing him as he took his first steps towards me. "Talk to me... Because this might be the only time you will ever be able to talk, " he said this sentence in such a calm tone, it caused me once again to shiver with goosebumps. "W-what do you mean...". Never in my life have I stuttered, until then.

All of a sudden I saw another shadow flit across the street. I caught my breath but decided it was nothing, because I knew people would be out at 8 pm. I mean, it's not that late. Skylar grabbed my arm abruptly. "What was that?" My heart started pounding. "What?" Oreo started barking furiously. I looked around the street wildly. I couldn't see anything. Or anyone. "Aubrey," Skylar said. I glanced at her, silently communicating with her, and then we raced down the street. I heard footsteps behind us and ran even faster. We must be getting pretty close to the apartment complex by now. Suddenly someone grabbed my arm and yanked me back. I managed to scream before they covered my mouth with their hand. "Aubrey?" I heard Skylar cry in alarm. "Aubrey?!" I tried to get away from the person but he held me tighter, dragging me back down the street and towards an ominous-looking black car. I was being kidnapped. P. S. This book is totally clean because I try to keep my stories appropriate enough for everyone to read them :)
