I have always looked up at him-- more than anyone could. I'm always by his side, attending to his every need and to his every want. I listen to him and can understand him like none of his girlfriends. The first moment I saw him-- I loved him, then.

He says I'm special to him. He says I hold a special place in his heart-- well, everyone has that part saved for friends, and I am his.

His friend. His listener. His guide. His personal assistant. His second choice.

Its is part of my role of being the songwriter-- his songwriter... but not for long.
