DiNozzo is ready to lead his own team in Spain, already signed the forms and is packing his bags. Alivia is ready to find the man of her dreams and become a full time mum with no worry of getting shot!
The team was splitting up, after many years together, they were ready to leave. Packing up their desks and riding in the lift together one final time, to see Abby and say goodbye to Ducky and Palmer.
Shaking hands with Director Vance one last time and walking out the door the final time, all seems so unreal to the team but that is what happened.
