"I received a phone call at 14:50:22pm from the traffic control agents saying that your parents have died. Apparently they took a hard turn and the transporter suddenly blew up, therefore killing both your guardians. I am deeply sorry for your loss, I really am, but due to these circumstances you will have to proceed to the Phaelete Society after school and everything will be explained to you from there. I know this might be quite a shock for you to take in all at once, but unfortunately there's nothing you can do to change this." he says bluntly. After Coraline is informed on her parents sudden death, her life is changed forever. She has dreams. Dreams of death and deception, and when she realizes that she is more than an ordinary teenage girl, she finds herself caught in a world wind of trouble and secrets that were once deeper than the depths of the ocean are now rising to the surface. She must make a choice, before her dreams become reality.
