Totally alike to the point that they hate each other, Echizen Ryoma and Fujioka Ryouko became rivals at a very early age. 

Reunited after being separated from each other at age nine, will rivalry at the most precious sport of their lives still get in the way of friendship? 

Not to mention the most important thing... Amidst the solid-as-steel rivalry and uncertain friendship, will love be able to blossom?

Ryoma and Ryouko's lives as freshmen in Seishun Academy enters a hectic sequence of trainings, practices and classes, overrun by unoffical and official tennis matches. Ryouko, as a popular bishoujo transfer student catches the eye of other players from different schools.

The question is: Will the two tennis freaks be able to handle all of these? The bigger question: Will they be able to handle each other?
