Sherlock has not fed in a while and the signs are beginning to show. John is aware that Sherlock has been changed, and has noticed Sherlock refusing to go near him or resorting to locking himself in his room at times, not that that would stop him from leaving if he wanted to. Sherlock decided enough was enough, surely he could overcome the urges?
