Amberilee is a girl from Ohio who was home when the Apocalypse started. She walked out of her room when she saw walkers eating her family. She quickly shut her door and locked it. She packed a backpack with things she cared about. Like pictures of her family and friends, a stuffed animal, some clothes, a key, and a blanket. She put her boots on along with a jacket and climbed out her window. She ran into the woods and she lived in the woods. She managed to stay away from the walkers until one day when she was looking for another location when a big group of walkers saw her and started chasing her. She wasn't looking where she was going when she was running because she tripped over a walker on the ground. Someone shot him and the others who were chasing her. A teenager crouched down beside her asking if she was alright and helped her up. To her luck they made her apart of their survival group. She stayed close to Carl and she even slept next to him. She soon starts to fall for him very quickly but never tells a soul, what do you think will happen to them if they got separated from the rest of the survivors? Will he fall for him or be like her previous survival partner, who she loved, and leave her to die?

She goes to her mother's friend Marlene who helps her out by taking her to two smugglers, Joel and Tess, who are instructed to take her to a group of Fireflies who can reverse engineer a cure for the infected. Joel is in his late 40's, he was there when the apocalypse started and has suffered ever since, until he meets Ellie and his entire perspective on life changes. He finds that over time he begins to have feelings for Ellie, he wants to protect her and shelter her from this horrible life. Can Ellie and Joel save the world? She eventually came across a lost little girl, and a group of survivors hurled up on a farm. She never was a people person and never got along too well with others. Would she find a home in this group? Would they become family? Or was she doomed to wander alone? Would she ever reunite with Glenn? Her family? And would she and a certain redneck ever get along? Once a valuable guinea pig and now a wanderer, she has unbelievable skills that encourage her to face even the most feared night creatures known as volatiles, but she often suffers from visions and nightmares that lead to a sudden amnesia. This memory loss caused her to forget parts of her past and she has been fighting this condition ever since. Hannah's life changes completely when soldiers in blue and red vests meet her and say things that make her even more confused. Being constantly chased and attacked by them for unknown reasons, she finds shelter and something to fight for when she joins a hidden and humble group of survivors in Colorado. As time goes by, Hannah takes comfort in the shelter and begins to share her problems with the survivors of the group. She learns new things and shares what she has learned with her former groups in other parts of the United States. Doubts arise as more things happen and solutions appear when she finds out that the biggest problem of all has been right under their noses all along. Literally. This story takes place after the events of the Dying Light game franchise. I hope you like it and have fun.

On the way they met a few more people and now had a small group. She slowly grows close the the youngest Dixon brother, Daryl. When they get back from their hunting trip Daryl learns his brother was handcuffed to a roof and left in the city. But what had YN in complete shock and not knowing how to deal with it is the person who did it. Her brother was alive after she already Mourned his death. She blames herself for not double checking to make sure he was really dead or not. Luckily she has a list of rules and guidelines she has been working on as the days of living in a post apocalyptic world with the living dead to keep her busy.
