(May have huge gaps between upload times but this story will be finished, that I can promise) Everyone thinks of Kai as a selfish person who puts himself before others and many other negative things. As Kai's time as a ninja, he always heard these comments and he couldn't do anything about it so he has to bottle his feelings whenever people say this. One day when he was on a mission with Cole to save some adventurous that got stuck in a narrow cave a disaster struck on Kai. After the mission Cole got all the thanks and Kai got none, Cole was the only one who truly understood what happened. Kai gets sick of how he is being treated and leaves to have a walk to take his mind off of things... but then he meets someone he didn't expect to meet... The years have gone in a flight and the famous ninja weren't needed anymore, causing them to go their own ways eventually. Some went to do their thing, some stayed at the monastery in case to protect Ninjago. So does Lloyd. Now hes alone with only Kai on his side as they try to hold the monastery in place. Someday, Lloyd got an anonymous invatation. To cover up the incoming danger, he has to reunite the former ninja in order to face the new threat. But not everthing is going to plan, as the ninja have to find their strength as team again. Not only them, as Lloyd has to face his emotions when he meets an old friend. Will Lloyd find the other ninja? Are they willing to help him after all the years and find their strength as a team again?
