Mature
(Remake of the movie San Andreas)

Imagine being on the top of Wake Tower. Going out to lunch with your Aunt Emma and some lady who you don't even like, Susan Riddick. She says some smart comment and you ask to be excused so you go to the bathroom. You walk out of the bathroom and see Em (aunt Emma) on the phone looking awkwardly at the table with utensils on it. They are, Shaking. Before you could blink you fly into the side of the wall, and hit the floor on your side, hard. Then you realize, it's an earthquake, according to Em screaming into her phone. And the shaking isn't over. You need to get out of there. Right away. Em tells you you're uncle Ray is coming in a rescue helicopter. As you get up to reach her you start to see little black dots everywhere. Flashing in and out. Your mind flys right to you're older cousin Blake. Daniel Riddick is with her. Apparently Em and Ray are getting divorced, Blake and Em are going to move in with Daniel. But you are the only one who knows about the quake. It's going to hit San Fransisco. Right where Blake is.

Nixon is the 3rd book in the Broken Series. (Ryan is the 1st, Brynn is the 2nd) Nixon leaves rehab early because he can't deal with being there anymore. His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
