They are all seniors. Each chapter is about a certain character. Sonic is failing every class and at this rate is not going to pass senior year. Although he hides his struggles and unhappiness behind popularity and jokes. Though his lifestyle may completely. Shadow is doing extremely well. He's a quiet straight A student and is dating Amy Rose. He seems to have his life together. Until something life altering happens. Silver is a timid average student with not many friends.
