"Stop! Please stop for just one second." Casey struggled to keep up as the wind and the rain hit her face leaving a sting each time it did, but it didn't matter.

Martin stopped dead in his tracks and turned to look at her. She looked at the face that used to cradle her. The face that she would wake up to in the morning. The face that she came to love.

"What?"
"Why are you doing this? I thought  you loved me, I thought.."
