The Neon Force was an old force meant for both boys and girls. Each 200 years, a new warrior was chosen to protect the Neon Force and all its kind.
But its powers were given to a girl.
A girl who is 13 years old and reckless, and irresponsible. She does not know how to do any chores, even cook. But, she is given a last chance as the Protector of the Neon Force.

Geovanni Have you ever gotten that feeling that somebody was watching you? And that person who was watching you wasn't normal. I have felt that way all of my life; but then again I felt as if I went missing nobody would even notice or care I was gone. I am 23 and just graduated from college. My life has always been terrible. I was always bullied at school. I don't know why, it just seemed that people didn't like my presence. The guys would beat me up and I'd get in trouble when I defended myself, for the teachers never saw what they did.
