I shivered at his touch, even after all these years he still has an effect on me. Even so I pulled away, nodding finally answering his question. He had saved me once again but that meant nothing at all, a rescue doesn't fix everything.
He smiled gently at me "I'm glad you're safe" Slowly he cupped my face asking something I never knew he had heard.
"Do you forgive me yet Luce?"

"Where are we?" She asked. Her voice was scratchy and full of cracks. How long had she been unconscious for? "Don't know. Just woke up." Came the response. He still hadn't moved, his eyes never leaving her, never blinking. Lucy shuddered as a cough raked her body. It was so cold. When Natsu and Lucy decide to go on a job to find and catch a thief, they have no idea what they are in for. When, as usual, the job ends in a disaster and they are trapped in a prison-cavern, Natsu and Lucy must face the fact that they are stuck. With no supplies to help them survive they must rely on the weekly arrival of food and water. But how long can meagre scraps support their ravaging hunger? As Natsu and Lucy's bond grows stronger and stronger, and they become weaker, Lucy must face the facts. When Lucy becomes deathly ill, the pair must find the will to survive while they hope for a shrinking chance at being rescued. Unknowing Betrayal
What did I do to deserve this. I wish I didn't love him. Then I wouldn't be hurt as bad. But why did he have to go and say he loved her. Yeah they were really good friends then, and they've been catching up since the problem with her leaving. But why did he have to go and say he loved her. Just when I was about to go tell him I loved him I heard him say to Lisanna that he loved her. Then I see her lean in to kiss him. Now I'm running as fast as I can hoping he didn't catch my scent back there. What if he does love her. I can't really be mad at him. But I am mad. More of the reason is because Lisanna knew how I felt about Natsu, and she went and did that. Something is up with her and I'm going to figure out what and expose her for what she really is. When that happens she won't be able to do Fairy Tail wrong anymore. What if what she's doing is to much for me to handle alone. No one will believe that she's doing wrong by them. The cliff's jagged edge was painful underneath my fingers and the sweat under my hands made them slippery. "Lucy!" I heard a desperate man calling my name. One of my hands slid from the perspiration and dropped by my side. "Natsu!" I screamed back, swinging from the edge. She moves the giant book from her lap-not without some struggle- and jumps up from her previous seat on the couch next to Juvia. The other girls waited excitedly, chattering about random happenings around town. The sudden rise in visiting relatives, for instance. It seems that the sudden increase in jobs is a direct result of this strange occasion. "Lu, Juvia, Erza come quick!" Levy shouted urgently. The useless chatter instantly ceased as all three girls rushed in the direction the petite bookworm went, the attic. "Levy?! What is it?! What's wrong?!" Erza beat the other two into the musty room and instantly a very audible gasp came from her tall frame. After a great deal of struggle Juvia and Lucy managed to push the redhead aside so they could squeeze into the room. When they finally made it neither of them could believe their eyes. The whole dusty attic was bathed in a bright, magical light. It seemed to swallow everything whole as the girls stood there in shock. Erza was the first to snap out of her shock. "Levy, what is going on? What is causing this?" "It's the book, Erza, the book of fairytales! Something's wrong! They're missing-" Levy tried to warn them but the book started producing winds near the speed of a hurricane, drowning out her words. Papers and random clutter flew around the room in a whirlwind of debris. "Levy! Girls, we have to get out of here, fast!" Erza shouted over the wind.
