[2021 DESCRIPTION UPDATE] V

This book is DISCONTINUED! Why? I will explain:

1) Poorly written. The last time this story was updated was in 2017. My writing style is completely different now than it was before. The sudden change would be strange to add into chapters.

2) Messy plot. The writing is absolutely horrid in my own opinion now that I am looking back on it. I'm not a fan of how many plot holes that there are and how the story actually should have ended earlier.

3) No storyline. Over the years I have learned to create specific storylines that are impactful and influential for my readers. This story does NOT have that. It was clear that people liked it judging by the reads, however I no longer like it.

Hope you all can understand! The story will stay here, but no longer be updated! However I have MANY other (and better written) books on my page! So check those out if you are interested!

A jilted, curvy accountant joins a gym on a journey of self-love. The last thing she plans for is to fall for her grumpy trainer. ***** Who needs men, anyway? Certainly not Joanna Lozano. The youngest of five and the only girl, she has learned at a young age the importance of survival in a man's world. It's what drives her to be a successful accountant in the corporate world of Chicago. When her boyfriend of six years unceremoniously dumps her--though her pride is wounded--she accepts the rejection as an opportunity to rediscover herself, starting with a reluctant agreement to join an eight-week fitness boot camp. Sage Kingston is a straightforward gym owner who appreciates and lives by the monotony of his life. His only goals are to provide and care for his young son after his divorce left him jaded. He doesn't have the time or patience to play games that come with dating or relationships. Who needs that headache, anyway? Yet, with a new season of boot camp at his gym underway, he's instantly attracted to the curvy and feisty participant, Joanna. However, his work is cut out for him since she's not easily charmed or swayed by his bulging biceps or six-pack abs. But even Joanna can't deny the mounting tension after each draining and sweaty training session. As they grow to know each other, so does their affection and both must deal with overcoming their hurt pasts and decide if unexpected love is worth the risk. ©2022 LJ Rae

I was not a studious girl when I was forced into medical field because of my father who always expected the best from me. I didn't realize becoming doctor became so dear to me that it turned into a passion instead of a escape from my broken family and that's when I saw him again.. He made my heart beat a little faster but broke it just as everyone did and left me 5 years ago without any warning and stormed back in my life without one too. It was decided that i won't let him ruin me again but chip by chip the walls of my heart fell away seeing his efforts and that Infuritaingly handsome face. Should I let him in my life giving him a chance to prove himself? Or stick to the stereotype of "all men are same"? " I loved you" She whispers, the hand I'm holding cold against my skin. I stroke the skin with my thumb once, trying to get her eyes on me and then she looks at me. Hurt eyes look at me and in that moment I wanted her to look away because of the hurt evident in her eyes. After 4 years, seven days and something hours, she finally looked at me. "I know." I whisper back. "You still left me alone to fend for myself." My grip tightens on her hand. "I know. But I want to make things right. Do you think you can give me one chance?. " Ps: this story is of Isha mehra, sister of ishan, the main lead of my previous story, the setting of both the books is completely different and they are not interconnected. But if you want to have a better sense of characters that might be same as the previous book, you should read that first and then continue with this. But it can also be read as a standalone. Thank you for reading till here. Happy reading<3
