They always kept his stress levels high because he would have no time to go home and sleep he would work 12 hours a day and take no breaks in between. He would only have the occasional coffee break but other than that it was a full 12 hours a day. Join him as he tries to find his true meaning. Once upon a time in a wonderous land called 'Elsinore', the few citizens left have just survived an massive attack by an evil necromancer that has been haunting them for decades. This assault was so destructive that the radiation has spread to a virus that destroys most living things. A small percentage were immune but only high powerful equals (and orcs) that knew some sort of extreme magic made it. Most are unaware that this event has happened even though it wiped out 98% of the world's population. The main character, Crow gets extremely lucky with power and turns into an crazy nutcase. This is his back up story and reasons why he turned out that way. This is a prequel to another story that will be out shortly after this one is completed. Keep in mind that I wrote some parts two years ago so this may be out of order. Also you can skip the first part, it is just character descriptions. Plague Doctors must embrace the whims of fate, accepting clients assigned to them at random, with no room for selection. 2. Plague Doctors are to remain silent observers until their clients are deceased. Only then may they can intervene in the affairs of the departed. 3. Each client, regardless of station or circumstance, must be treated with the utmost humanity and respect. 4. In the event that a client loses the ability to care for themslves,spells shall be cast if appropriate to their condition. 5. The severing of ties between Doctors and clients is solely decreed by the Guardian Angel.

The After Effects by NotTheMainCharacter

After it all happened, the Plague created what feels like a whole new world. Survivors created new lives for themselves and carried on with their lives. Me? I didn't get the chance to create a new life. Thanks to my absolutely wonderful father figure, I was forced to become an entirely different person. Thankfully I was able to escape his peachy influence and take some control of my new life. What I don't know is the Plague brought on after effects. Everything changed eleven years ago and only a few knew what actually happened after billions of people died. That all changes one-day though and I found my life completely flipped upside down. ALSO, the whole plague thing was written about before the COVID pandemic. The plague is fake and actually magic in the story, but that has NOTHING to do with real world events.
