"It hurts!" he shouted with all his lung capacity while his cries filled the room. He was shaking again and Adelaide felt lost with him. She couldn't take his pain away with words or actions. She couldn't bring his high school sweetheart back for him. She was just able to watch him break slowly into million pieces.
"I know, but you need to let go Zayn. You need to let go and forgive yourself. Holding on to her will end up eating you alive. It will kill us", Adelaide said whispering the last part.

When she met him at the support group meeting, she didn't know she would end up falling in love with this mysterious guy, who didn't share his loss with others. She didn't know she would end up caring about him so much that she wouldn't care about herself anymore. She was willing to lose herself, if that meant that he would find himself.
