The world is ending, and the only thing Cynthia and her comrades can do is survive.

Robots have invaded earth, yearning for a consciousness. They are harvesting human bodies, aspiring to become more human than ever; in other words, cyborgs. The invading robots are depriving the entire human species of their freedom, colonising huge parts of the planet souly to keep the humans locked up in their harvesting facilities.
They call humans pods, growing them and selecting individuals to dissect. If you are lucky, you'll survive into adulthood. Then you are sorted into the army. But fleeing is useless. The robots are everywhere. Is this really the beginning of the end? Will Cynthia and her comrades die without even making the slightest difference?
Well, the only thing thing left to do is wait and see.

Empire. At the end only Empire remains. No matter how many times you rebel Empire remains. No matter how many times you fight for your democratic Empire remains. Now bend for your emperorr. Welcome readers to my fantasy world. I have brought you something beyond the constraints of my imagination, and I wonder if many are ready for it; however, a good story must be told, and I am fortunate to be the one to tell it. Imagine a world where the vile nature of mankind creeps its ugly head as humanity faces its first and last major catastrophe. The world plunged into everlasting darkness, entrenched in chaos and disorder, where hope is a distant flitting memory. The story I propose to my fellow readers follows Anthony Verdun, who was only a boy when all he knew was taken from him in an instant. Like many others, on that day, those who survived lost a part of themselves, forever scarred by the family, friends, and loved ones they lost. Their lives changed forever; how could it not? I welcome you to join the world I have created, indulge in this hypothetical, and dive into this what-if. What that is, well, you would have to read to find out. Weekly chapter uploads, so stay vigilant. Here is the link to the community discord, where we can discuss the book further. Matriarchy: No Need For Men. by feminism2
16 parts Ongoing
Chapter 2: World War III (Running!!) Men are gone. Women rule. Imagine a world where men no longer matter-would you survive the matriarchy? What happens when feminism goes too far? This book explores the consequences of a future where the natural balance between men and women collapses. Feminism, having transcended all boundaries, reshapes humanity into a female-centered species. Men, stripped of purpose, exist as relics of the past, serving only as pets in a system that mirrors a hive, where women reign supreme. Biologically, mothers are the gatekeepers of life. Historically, survival forced men and women into partnership-men as protectors and providers, sometimes oppressors, while women adapted to survive under natural pressures. But when humanity masters nature, this necessity vanishes. With no war, famine, or struggle, cooperation dissolves. Robots and AI take over all labor, while science frees women from biological dependence on men, allowing reproduction through stem-cell technology. Men are no longer needed for survival, yet they are not entirely discarded, kept instead as sentimental pets. This is the final form of feminism: a system that abandons equality under the guise of progress, reducing men to a perpetual loop of servitude. Matriarchy: No Need for Men critiques a future where dominance replaces balance, and ideology supersedes the natural truths of human existence. It is a stark warning, not only for men but for all who value the delicate equilibrium that defines humanity.

TROIKA - Countryhumans USSR x America by Arrin99423
12 parts Ongoing Mature
The world is electrified. Everything runs on electricity, from lighting to transport, life support to social media. Oblivion. Then, grid is down. And the world turns dark. And doesn't turn back on. America, the most forward thinking and innovative Western idealist, has answers. Her feminist values push her neck to neck with her male peers. She is one of the first to figure out that the grid will eventually fail, because of the vein of fossil fuel instability, trying to raise the alarm. When the grid does fail, she doesn't even get the satisfaction to say 'I told you so' before she is forced to collaborate in the TROIKA - a trio of biologist, engineer, and geophysicist that must find an immediate and then long-term solution to power the earth. Oh, and she has no choice. USSR, a cynic planner and injured war veteran, has questions. Torn between his eastern roots and western intelligence, he struggles to fit in, curb his aggression, and deal with personal loss. Instead of notifying the world of the impending grid failure, he builds a vast arsenal nuclear plants to power his land against the rules, and when the grid falls, his lights and machines keep running. When finally his arrest occurs, he finds himself in a unique situation, offered a position in the TROIKA - but if he declines, then a life of darkness behind bars awaits him. The goal of the TROIKA is simple: Be quick, be correct, be ready. It doesn't take long for USSR and America to loathe each other on principle, each with their own goals and ideals, clashing on everything from fashion to economics. Can they push away their pride and save the world, maybe even themselves? Or will their bitterness engulf everyone in thick, oily darkness forever? A single choice will ultimately decide their fate. TROIKA: The Future is Nuclear. The Future is Unclear. NOT for sensitive readers, please do not read if you cannot handle violence, loss, terminate disease or mature content - 16+ Thanks!

28 parts Complete

[#WATTYS2018 LONGLIST] On Earth, a conspiracy theorist stumbles across the wreckage of a spacecraft. There are two corpses in strange uniforms. One is an alien - the other is not. In space, a young human agent watches in horror as the images are beamed around the world, putting the entire project to integrate humanity into the Commonwealth of Orion at risk. And across the darkness between stars, an alien armada gathers its forces, and aims them right at Earth. Deep in a cave on a remote island lies the key to everything; a small beacon containing the directions to the Hub, the crossroads of the Commonwealth. If the aliens find it and use it to access the Commonwealth's complex network of Starbridges linking its worlds together, the rest of the galaxy will be at their fingertips. Only one person knows where the beacon lies... ...for now.
