Meet Vegas Lyrae. She's your average frizzy-haired, size 12, bodybuilding car mechanic fresh out of Superhero University. Now her alter ego, GoldHeart, is the protector of Pandomin City. She fights crime with her sidekick Gamma with the power of Bullet Time- the ability to stop, slow down, or speed up time. With time on Vegas's side, she's practically unbeatable.
Enter Alto Summers, Vegas's roommate and secret crime underlord of Pandomin, nicknamed Shadowhand for his frightening control of shadows. Ever since GoldHeart showed up, he has been hunting for her true identity for a year to finally put an end to her.

But when a new villain shows up in town that appears to be too much for both Shadowhand and Goldheart to control, this unlikely couple is faced with only one option- team up and stop Pandomin from being destroyed. There's just one problem: superheroes and supervillains can't work together, or all hell breaks lose.
