some wished they were reciprocated
some wish they never came
others need them gone
others love them
others just are there
others, well we pour them on paper
well in this case on a keyboard.

Her only sorrow was that she lived in a fairytale in this reality of now. She craved for a life what was called 'simple', but the world was way too complicated. The glitz of her world clashed with the realities of life and stole away all the dreams of her oceanic heart. 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 | 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝟎𝟏 𝐀𝐫𝐳𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐞𝐞𝐝 is kind, beautiful, on her Deen and an artistic person. Due to an incident in her teens, she loses the ability to speak and is labeled a mute. Losing her voice wasn't the real suffering she had to go through. Not only does she not remember the accident but the society views her as a burden, fragile and pitied woman. Being the prisoner of her chaotic and negative thoughts, the only peace she gets is when she talks to her Creator. In the midst of doubts that surround her, she pours her heart our to her Lord and puts her trust in Him to get the best she deserves. 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤 is respectful, intelligent, devoted to his Deen and a well-known billionaire. He has spent his life studying and building the career he has now. His disability to not recognize his emotions labels him as a cold-hearted man. Aside from his work, his Deen and family are his only main priorities. Due to a sudden change in his childhood, unanswered questions force him to chase the truth. Trusting his Lord, he continues to find out about the truth hoping to find closure and continue his peaceful life. A mutual event brings two souls together and their journey begins. As much as they try to neglect their feelings, their story has already been written. So when they are sure or unsure about certain situations, they turn to their Lord for His Guidance with a mutual goal. "Look at me," he whispered, but I was too frightened to turn around. When I felt his hand on my shoulder, I flinched. "Please just look at me, Salma," he says, gently turning me to face him. I look at him. His eyes are red from lack of sleep, and his once curly hair now resembles a bird's nest. "I'm the guy you warn your kids about while trying not to cry," he says, and I furrow my brows in confusion. "What are you talking about, Caleb?" I ask, and he shakes his head. "I'm the man every other man despises because he must demonstrate daily that he's not me. I wish I could apologize for that, but I can't; it's who I am, and I've made that clear to you," he declares. Tears well up in my eyes, but I refuse to let them fall, so I clench my jaw instead. 'That's just an excuse because you're scared, I'm looking at you Caleb and I can see the fear, it's okay to be scared but what's not okay is trying to act like some sort of sick villain who turned hero just to make me fall in love with you' I say while breathing heavily and he looks away from me. I take a step closer to him but he towers over me. ' You didn't deceive me or trick me, I knew who you were the moment I saw you' I say shoving him and he grabs both my wrist. 'And who am I Salma? you seem to know everything so please tell me.' he says in a deadly whisper which sends chills down my spine and I stay quiet looking up at him. 'I'll tell you then, I'm the guy who saw an insecure, broken girl who wanted an escape. A girl who couldn't get over the death of her sister and sabotaged her entire life because of that. A girl who wants pity from everyone, A girl who wants a free pass, A girl who-' he doesn't get to finish his sentence because I slap him hard across the face with tears falling down my face. She knew that her work wouldn't let her rest, Was aware that every day would be a test. It was her passion though, to see the last smiles, Although they haunted her for the longest of times. He was a wonder in this world, Possessed a heart of gold. His heart bled for every atrocity the ummah faced, His Soul shook every time an innocent was shot dead. She couldn't believe that he was hers, And he was on a mission to never see her in tears.
