Elizabeth Gonzalez is a sixth grader and a nerd who loves making new friends. An inclusion program at her school, the Porpoise Pals introduces Elizabeth to a unique group of people. Delfina, Sophie, Aiden and Nathan are unlike any friends Elizabeth has ever had. Before she knows it, Elizabeth's definition of "normal" is changing as she interacts with people who seem entirely different from her. But the longer Elizabeth spends with the Porpoise Pals, the more she realizes that they may not be so different after all.

(This is an experience from my life. It will probably not have a very interesting plot line, but it's just about a club I joined and the people I met during my sixth grade year.)
