She doesn't remember who she was before waking up in the middle of the grassy field.

She didn't have a name, not one that she could remember off the top of her head, so Ravenpaw started calling her Rise because he found her as the sun was rising in the sky, she had been skin and bones when he did, barely alive.

She doesn't remember if she had any family, any siblings, that she could recall.

She was just a kit, no more than 10 moons old, but had the learning capacity of a Apprentice, Ravenpaw knew that from experience.

What he didn't know was that a destiny followed the young she-kit around like a shadow. One that she couldn't shake no matter how hard she would try.
