Hakujins planned to start a war in the another city up in the one of the northern states outside of the Sawyer. This novel is fanbased appreciation for Tokyo Ghoul by Sui Ishida. It is based on real life events written by a domestic abuse survivor who huge love for her favorite anime TV and mangas. It's a fanfiction Tokyo Ghoul themed, kind of a Handmaid's Tale themed involving dystopia.
