This is an AU. 
Louis just found out he couldn't get pregnant. With Harry not being born with the right parts. And Louis's parts not working well enough and his hormone levels aren't at the necessary level to keep the child alive. It's a lost cause. 

Louis is in a deep depression that is getting to an unhealthy point. Harry keeps saying he will figure it out but will he? And will Mickey be able to brighten up his now dark world.
