Mr. Cesar Ayala pays Justin's management to let Justin visit his daughter. Justin went to the hospital with bouquet of flowers in his hand to surprise Chloe. At first it's just business for him. That all he needs to do is meet a Belieber and talk to her for a few minutes. He didn't expect that the girl he's going to visit will be a big part of his life.
