In a dystopian future, anyone who speaks out is considered dangerous. The Majority for Musical Morality is a group of people who outlawed free speech and censored all forms of media. From movies to music, everything was altered to fit their image. Especially music. All forms of rock and metal were banned. Anyone caught listening or performing the music was detained. For years, the MMM have gotten away with it.

Until now.

Dennis DeYoung escapes the Chicago prison after finding out his old band mate, Tommy Shaw, had evaded capture. After meeting up with him and a band of refugees at a rundown theater, Dennis realizes that they could spell out the end of the MMM's terror. All they had to do was find the rest of the band...

... And defeat the familiar Doctor Righteous.
