Sleep Paralysis

Scientists call it "Sleep Paralysis". Mentally you are wide awake! But you're unable to move your body or even speak. The energy needed to vocalize spoken words isn't there. Arms and legs feel as though they are too heavy to move as though gravity itself has been multiplied a thousand times while something is restraining you from even speaking. When you start seeing or sensing other beings inside the room or hearing voices, I promise you that this isn't in your head. You're not dreaming. It's real! I promise you also, that prayer is the way out, even if it's silent prayer during the attack. It must be done in Jesus name!
