[Bill Cipher x Dipper Pines Fanfiction] *Written in P.O.V* The very first summer the Pines twins spent in Gravity Falls left Dipper feeling curious. He wanted to know all he could about Bill Cipher, but he was gone to his knowledge. That was not the case however. Bill was not gone, he was simply weakened. He would return soon, much to Dipper's delight. While he was scared of Bill, he wanted to know anything he could, no matter how close that meant getting. After several weeks the two were inseparable.
