Clayton Halls is Alpha of Valley Crest Pack. His bride-to-be is none other than Chasity Harp, only known daughter of River Creek Pack, a.k.a the rivaling pack. Clayton is forced into marriage with Chasity by his father, in order to make amends and unite the two packs together. The story entrails Clayton's last night of freedom, where he ends up getting more than he bargained for.
