Andrianna "Andi" Gray is a APL - Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia - patient. She's been fighting this rare form of leukemia for the better half eleven years. However, Andi doesn't let that stop her from graduating high school at fourteen and trying to get her PhD in psychology. She uses the knowledge she has to help cancer patients feel better. In fact, she's made a job for herself, right in the hospital she lives in. Everyone calls her "The Smile." That's what she is, and she makes everyone feel better.
But one day, she's assigned a unique case; the job of making Louis Tomlinson feel better about the recent ailment of his boyfriend, Niall Horan. And she does. And she might just fall in love along the way.
