Wallton Academy is where parents send the most elitist teenagers; intelligent, ambitious, athletic, virtuous children who are generally the most beautiful teenagers within society. It is the clearest form of discrimination. But the government are prepared to form the greatest race the world has ever seen. Just over sixteen years of age, they attend the school with a purpose; they are preparing to establish a marriage.
