She was talking about the older version of Destiny. Whenever he invited the younger version along with him, the older version of Destiny would go off on her own adventure.
She watched the man she loved look at the younger Destiny's back with sorrow filled eyes.
"Doctor?" She asked. He didn't reply. "Doctor, what's happened?" River sat forward as she started to panic.
"They took her, River..." The Doctor mumbled, looking round at her. "They... They came and took my baby girl from right under my nose..."
"Who did?" River asked in a hushed, worried whisper as Amy, Rory and Destiny began to get closer. "Who took her?!"
"Find her River, please!!!"

After 3 months he came back to India as his Grandmother was budging him to take care of his wife and take up his responsibilities. He did not know that he got married to his LOVE and even she didn't know that the person she was searching for is none other than her own husband.
