Maya Munro's family aren't close. But when they receive some life changing news, they decide to spend one last summer together. One last summer to make it all right.
While they all try to heal in a place from their past, Maya finds the one thing she's been trying to run from after all these years is still waiting for her. Her former best friend, Grayson Pierce, is still living across the beach, and he's still as mad with Maya as he was five years ago.
With a bucket list to complete and only the rest of summer to do it, there may also be a second chance - to rebuild the relationships she once lost.
If only she's brave enough to take it.
