Lexi, Danielle, Emily, and Kurstin are all staying in a hotel on the 2nd floor. While in the elevator, they realize there is a 3rd floor button. What happens when they become curious as to what is up there? Find out by reading The 3rd Floor. This book is based on an experience that I really did have with my 3 friends. ENJOY! The second part of this book: Emily and Lexi are curious as to whats in the forest in Lexi's backyard. What happens when the find an abandoned tree house? The 3rd Part: Sleepovers are supposed to be fun right? Well, I don't think Kurstin's house will be one on the high end of the fun meter, if you ask me.... The 4th Part: Picture this: it's your first day back to school and it's thundering and lightning outside. The rain is coming down in buckets and to make it worse, it's a Monday. Sounds like a pretty crappy day right? Well, it gets worse. You and your friends are put on lockdown because someone crazy is in the building, but you don't know who. 2 of your friends are on the 1st floor and you and the other 2 are on the 2nd floor. But there's one more friend you forgot about, so where is she?

In the small, isolated town of Briar Hollow, strange occurrences have begun to unsettle the once peaceful community. People are vanishing without a trace, and those who remain speak of eerie figures lurking in the dark, silent as shadows. The townsfolk are gripped by fear, unwilling to venture out after sunset. At the heart of the mystery is the abandoned Hawthorn Manor, a decaying mansion that has stood untouched on the outskirts of town for decades. Rumors swirl about its dark past, involving a family that mysteriously disappeared many years ago. Now, whispers of a curse draw curious outsiders and thrill-seekers, but none return the same-or at all. When 17-year-old Emily Weaver's best friend goes missing after daring to explore the manor, Emily is determined to uncover the truth. Armed with a mix of skepticism and desperation, she gathers a group of unlikely allies-each with their own reasons for seeking answers. Together, they delve into the chilling history of Hawthorn Manor, uncovering secrets buried deep within the town's history. As they piece together the puzzle, they discover that the manor is not just haunted by spirits of the past, but by an ancient, malevolent force that thrives on fear and darkness. The closer they get to the truth, the more dangerous their journey becomes, as the shadows seem to come alive, watching their every move. In a race against time, Emily and her friends must confront the source of the evil before it consumes them all, forcing them to face their deepest fears and uncover the long-buried secrets that could either save the town-or doom it forever.

**This book is not the final version; this is my non-edited rough draft. **** In the forgotten town of Grayer's Hollow, silence is sacred-because when it breaks, something wakes. When twelve-year-old Caleb Vayne vanishes from a school parking lot without a trace, grief coils around the community like fog on the moors. But five days later, Caleb returns... alone, barefoot, and blank-eyed, humming a tune no one's ever heard before-and no one wants to hear again. He speaks rarely. Sleeps even less. And when people start dying in the ways they fear most, some begin to suspect the boy who came back isn't quite the boy who left. Now, retired criminal profiler Avery Holt, haunted by her own demons, is pulled into a case where the lines between psychology and the supernatural are razor-thin. Teaming up with local sheriff David Rourke, she begins to unravel a conspiracy tied to the town's long-buried secret: a stretch of forest known as The Hollow, a place the old folks say hums when it's hungry. But what no one realizes is that Caleb didn't just survive the Hollow. He brought something back with him. And it only protects him.
