The cats used to form one large group, but as time went on, the cats wanted different places to hunt. Later, four cats stepped forward to form separate groups. Ashface took his cats to the geyser field, where they liked to run and hunt rabbits. Dawnclaw lead a small group to the sandy, animal-graveyard, finding a camp among the bones. Petalpelt loved the prettier things of life, and took a small group of cats to the flowerfield. Scruffytail and her group followed the river until they found an island between the three rivers.
Four Clans formed and survived in Wyoming. Geyserclan, Flowerclan, Stormclan and Boneclan.
