Well, there is, minus the "peace" part. Brianna Cusley, a charismatic young woman is the ruler of Europe. The continent is divided into two state-like areas. Mono and Color. Living in Mono means a life of wealth, but living in a world of natural color, the sky is blue, leaves are green then red then yellow. everything is bland in a sense. However, living in Color results in a life of middle class, however, everything is strangely colored. the sky is usually green,  grass is purple. Sounds nice, no matter where you live. But with a rebellion rising Against Brianna, life is becoming a revolution.All Rights Reserved

I had been living in this dystopian universe my whole life. We lived simple, meaningless lives. I wasn't sad, merely dissatisfied. No one here was ever sad. The Center, which was our government, forced us to take a pill every morning to make sure we were always happy and healthy. Everyone got the same amount no matter the job. If you didn't show up for these jobs there were grave consequences. The Center often used torture as a method of punishment, or so we were told. No one close to me had ever actually been punished by The Center though. It was incredibly rare. Most of us lived our lives as good little pawns doing nothing more than eating, sleeping and entertaining ourselves. But one day, my regular boring life changed...

To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough.
