Daniel thought he was normal. He thought he was straight, and sane, and Christian. He was wrong.
Daniel had never realized his best friend, Ted, was a fragment of his imagination. He never realized that creature he stabbed to death was a young mother, not a demon.
Now, diagnosed with schizophrenia, he was being sent to an asylum made for kids, where one thinks she's a Labrador retriver, one has an extreme phobia of artificial light, and one can't remember why he's there. Daniel doesn't know what to make of this. Its a good thing his best friend lives inside his head.
