Basil Andrea moved out of the city and into the suburbs. She despised the idea but went along with it anyway. She heard rumors from her new school that the old lady, who was her new neighbor and having that yard sale, was a witch. This is the first time I've written a story like this, however I feel that I should explain some plot points since I did try to stick as close to the anime canon as possible but there are a few things I'd like to clear up first.
