Young Noelle Cheetham has been in care for most of her life, and is suprised when she is fostered by a loving and caring woman, Gina Brooks, who already has three sons, but wants a girl - to have girly chats with and just to go shopping with. Noelle soon finds out that she's been fostered by fame.
