Then when Elsabeth suddenly becomes very sick in the early 21st century, Madeline attempts to make a new deal with Lucifer to save her sister. However, this deal comes at a much greater cost. In exchange for Elsabeth's life, Lucifer asks Madeline to become his lover; which means she must stay in the underworld with him forever. Will she choose to save her sister, or will she choose to save herself. And how will she deal with the consequences of either choice.
