Vietnam, roughly 60 miles south of Khe Sahn, there sits a hill encompassed in deep history and a past that can only be described in writing. Hill 192, otherwise known as Medley, was subject to a full year of endless assault by local Viet Cong and the North Vietnamese Army. C Company of the 22nd Marine Division is tasked with setting up a base on Medley. Overshadowed by the Tet Offensive's attack on Khe Sahn, the months that pass will become the fiercest and costliest months in the Cold War. This is the story of the 468 Marines that defended Medley and her base for almost a year against an innumerable army of Vietnamese.
