There is an old idiom saying that people's life begins at fourties. However, what if your existence is only limited to the legal age and after that - you'll meet the end of your life?
Eighteen's Circulatory System Failure Disease o mas kilala sa tawag na "E-Disease". Isang hindi pangkaraniwang sakit at iilan lamang ang malas na tinatamaan, isa na roon si Ayannah. Two opposite people who have the same desire; to find the purpose of life in their dead worlds. But when their hearts also start to awaken, what will they do?
Should they survive for the sake of a fleeting love, or surrender their hearts to a life-and-death battle that would leave miserable lasting memories?
