If you has experience in Indonesian law system, so you must understand, that most people's in Indonesia always want to solve their problem on litigation system.
I really don't know, why most people's in Indonesia want go to the court to make problem solving. Actually, Indonesia has alternative dispute resolution rules that on Law No. 30 Year 1999 abut arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions. This law can make problem solving about private area most effectively and more cheaper.
But, although this law almost 17 years, alternative dispute resolution still in grey area on Indonesian system of law. This law can't be a best way to make problem solving.
The most important that will noted in this law is no legal certainty about final decision from arbitration. This law make a rule final decision from arbitration is final and binding. But on another chapter in this law has a rule, that's all parties on arbitration system can reject the arbitration decision if contrary to public order.
