The government hunts them down, the people fear them, yet some worship and revere them as Gods. Most have been imprisoned, gone rogue, or are working with the world's governments as weapons to use in war. All but one.

David Ravlon, the one able to warp time and space itself around him. But, he has yet to realize his power and yet to awaken his hidden gifts.

The ancient Egyptians referred to it as "ka," and the ancient Greeks as "pneuma." In Africa, it's known as "ashe" and in Hawaii as "mana." Qi, Prana, Ki, call it what you will, this energy is the life force itself.

I am a reader of crime novels and hard science fiction almost exclusively, and yet this story, which I have been writing for a long time, is a love story, I can't explain it even to myself. The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people. This story still is a work in progress, it has holes and it is to be continued
