Shifter

This is a detective story with a twist. Certain people can shift into animals. Some have the rare ability to half-shift. The rarer the animal/how endangered an animal is, the higher class you are. Some people like to keep their animals a secret, some flaunt it, and some (most) dont have one. A special team of shifters is being put together as an experiment, this team is to analyze the behavior of criminals and catch them before they can cause any more problems.
